We preview your vacant property, take pictures and measurements. We then write up an estimate and email it to you within 24 - 48 hours. If it looks good and you would like to proceed a 50% deposit is required for us to hold your spot on the calendar along with the appropriate inventory. We then choose inventory from our large selection of pieces that vary from modern to transitional. When selecting the most suitable furniture and décor for your property, we also make sure that the chosen inventory meets the expectations of the potential buyer and is competitive against other properties on the market in your specific neighborhood.

 

Staging Day - We require full access to the home along with a key.  We will carefully set up all the furniture and accessories and then tidy up when we are finished. Depending on the scope of the project most vacant stagings take

one day but can occasionally take two. 

 

We offer packages to serve all types houses and budgets! We charge a one-time setup and delivery fee along with a monthly rental fee.  After the first month, the rent may be prorated.  Our prices are very reasonable.
